The  Perelada 5 Finques Reserva is deep cherry red in the glass, with a nose brimming with red fruits and spices, some balsamic notes and a toasted background.  In the mouth it is fresh, well structured and balanced with prominent but well integrated tannins. Loxarel Winery is located on Can Mayol Estate, in Vilobí del Penedès, a 50-hectare organic winery located an hour south west of Barcelona. The business was founded in the 1930's and today is run by 4th generation winemaker, Josep Mitjans alongside his wife Teresa. Throughout its long viticultural history, the Mitjans have always worked hard to attain maximum quality in the wines and cavas they produce, taking meticulous care of the vineyards on the estate.

Our house Cava shows small, subtle bubbles and an enticing pale yellow colour. On the nose it is fresh, balanced and fruity with floral notes and touches of honey mingled with white peach and gentle autolytic tones. The palate is rich and elegant with opulent flavours of white peach, citrus with a slightly bitter finish. A perfectly balanced wine which exhibits a remarkable presence and persistence.
