Weingut Ecker Eckhof have been making wine in Wagram for over 400 years and know a thing or two about making first class wines that are true to their grape variety and region.  This juicy, approachable Zweigelt is a terrific example of the grape - dark cherry and raspberry fruit mingle with touches of spice and beautifully poised acidity.  This is a lovely wine to serve slightly chilled alongside grilled meats or charcuterie platters.
