Gin Distille Veuve Goudoulin

This Gin stands out for its superb blonde hints, due to ageing in oak barrels. The nose is wonderfully fresh and complex. In addition to juniper and orange zest, six spices give an exhilarating bouquet full of dynamism with beautiful lemon and peppery notes on the nose. On the palate, there is a discreet sweetness courtesy of ageing in barrels, the spices are fully expressed with notable citrus zest and lemon meringue pie on the finish.

Zummit Dry Gin, Shroton Fair Gin, Dorset

Based a few miles from our shop, Shroton Fair Gin are relatively new to the market.  They distil 16 botanicals, uncludig Burdock Root, Rowan Berries and Linden Flowers, all crushed by hand, to make this complex, dry Gin that is smooth enough to be enjoyed neat over ice.  Such is the complexity of this gin that the makers recommend that you don't serve it with a garnish, just over ice with (or without) a premium tonic of your choice.
