Based a few miles from our shop, Shroton Fair Gin are relatively new to the market. They distil 16 botanicals, uncludig Burdock Root, Rowan Berries and Linden Flowers, all crushed by hand, to make this complex, dry Gin that is smooth enough to be enjoyed neat over ice. Such is the complexity of htis gin that the makers recommend that you don’t serve it with a garnish, just over ice with (or without) a premium tonic of your choice.
