Pierre de Segonzac is a tiny 7 hectare estate entirely within the Grande Champagne 1er Cru boundaries. Everything is done by hand, including the distillation cut, ensuring a truly artisan approach and utterly delicious results!
The beautiful amber colour entices to a nose of marzipan, honey and almond. The palate is silky smooth with more honey and almond notes and exceptionally well balanced oak, alcohol and freshness.
