The Chateau de Montifaud Vieux Pineau des Charentes Blanc is a French drink of most strengthened with Montifaud cognac. The white is made from 50% Ugni Blanc and Colombard, and 50% a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon ‘à jus blanc’, receiving barrel ageing.
