The grapes for the Lete Vautrain Brut 204 are harvested by hand and sorted prior to fermentation at a cool temperature, and ageing on lees takes place for a minimum of 36 months.  The wine shows a lovely deep golden hue in the glass with apple, peach and apricot fruit complemented by dried fruits and classic biscuity notes.  A well balanced, complex and rounded Champagne that is the perfect aperitif style.

Our house Cava shows small, subtle bubbles and an enticing pale yellow colour. On the nose it is fresh, balanced and fruity with floral notes and touches of honey mingled with white peach and gentle autolytic tones. The palate is rich and elegant with opulent flavours of white peach, citrus with a slightly bitter finish. A perfectly balanced wine which exhibits a remarkable presence and persistence.

There is no denying the class of Bollinger and their distinctive dry, full bodied style is world renowned.  60% Pinot Noir with 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, the wine contains a large amount of reserve wines, some of which is aged in magnum for between 5 & 15 years, developing complexity to add to the finished product.  Complex, lively and beautifully poised, this is one of the few Grand Marque Champagnes we stock as it's a staff favourite that never fails to disappoint.

This de-alcoholised fizz is made from Grenache grapes at Domaine la Colombette and is the best lo/no wine that we've come across to date.  The Domaine are pioneers in the languedoc, taking a sustainable approach to winemaking and doing lots of research into disease resistant vines as well as low volume and de-alcoholised wines.  Fresh red fruits, strawberry and raspberry, and a crisp, clean finish.
