Description

We are delighted to welcome the fabulous Idle Assembly Premium Aged Rum to our shelves.  This is a true taste of the Caribbean being made from a blend of aged, 5 to 20 year old rums from Trinidad and Tobago, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Panama.  Column stilled and aged in white oak ex-bourbon casks, the result is a deliciously smooth and complex rum that light on its feet yet packed with flavour.  This sipping rum is one to savour, with vanilla, oak and chocolate notes and a wonderfully warming finish.
