Briottet are rightly famous for producing the finest Crèmes de Cassis. Years ago the family chose the unique Noir de Bourgogne Blackcurrant variety as it produces the finest aromas and depth of flavour. For the last 20 years three farmers have exclusively supplied the blackcurrants, which make the Briottet Crème de Cassis.

Floc de Gascogne Rouge, Armagnac J Goudoulin

Floc de Gascogne is a wonderful little aperitif made from 2 parts crushed grape juice and one part Armagnac. Sweet strawberry and blackcurrant flavours.

This Cherry Eau de vie is from one of the most respected distillers in France. Beautiful purity of fruit and being aged in glass demijohns for three to four years allows the alcohol to mellow and fully integrate with the fruit.

Bright green colour, fresh and minty on the nose with a touch of menthol, made with mentha piperita or mitcham mint, a strongly flavoured peppermint. Sweet, herbaceous minty taste.
