Description

This delightful red is perfect for lovers of Pinot Noir who are looking for something a little different.  Made from the Criolla Grande grape, the larger berried version of the family, this silky wine has an exotic nose of red fruits and whiffs of turkish delight.  Juicy and fresh on the palate with a lovely rounded texture, this is equally delicious chilled as it is at room temperature.  A great all-rounder and lovely for spring/summer drinking.

Pinot Noir

The Bourgogne Pinot Noir Epineuil from Domaine Fournillon is a beautifully fresh Pinot with bright, red fruit flavours and supple tannins. This delightful red wine comes from parcels of vines in the village of Epineuil, with the majority of Pinot Noir grapes are harvested mechanically for efficiency so they can be transported to the estate for maceration in stainless steel tank for a period of 2 weeks, with regular punch downs. After separating the skins from the juice it is aged in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of 15 months.
