Description
The Tuffeau Blanc de Blancs is beautifully refreshing and crisp. Gently sparkling with fine and delicate bubbles, this lovely ‘all day’ wine is packed with zesty green apple and citrus fruit from start to elegant finish. Perfect for whiling away a sunny afternoon or simply popping to cheer yourself up after a dull day!
Due to the lower pressure in this sparkler, the wine is bottled under crown cap. It is very traditional in style and not to be confused with a Pet Nat, which can sometimes be more whacky!
Domaine Plou are situated on teh banks of the River Loire and has been in the same family since 1508.

Riesling
The Hanewald-Schwerdt Riesling Sekt Trocken has a steely lemon tinged nose with red apple and peach underpinned by zesty lime acidity, resulting in a lovely refreshing style. This is by no means bone dry though, and with 23grams of residual sugar this a fruitier style that is a great alternative to Prosecco for those looking for something a little different.
