	Description
The U Passimiento from Baglio Gibellina has bright, intense red fruits on the nose displaying an abundance of red berries. The palate is warm and full-bodied with harmonious acidity and smooth and elegant tannins.
Baglio Gibellina is situated in picturesque Sicily where its vineyards are surrounded by the hills of Salemi and Santa Ninfa. The old vines grow between 300-600m above sea level on a mixture of clay and volcanic soils with limited yields. This allows for the production of outstanding wines with incredible food matching potential.
Nero d’Avola 70%, Frappato 30%

2022/23 Mercurey Rouge 1er Cru, Domaine Meunier
    Pinot Noir
The grapes for this wine are hand harvested from 2 parcels in the heart of Mercurey where the soil is clay and limestone. They spend 10-15 days fermenting in the tank before being put into French oak barrels, 30% of which are new.  The wine then spends 12 months in barrel before being blended and bottled.

2020 Chateau Saransot-Dupre, Listrac Medoc, Magnum
    Bordeaux Blend
Chateau Saransot-Dupre is a favourably sited 17 hectares property that lies between Fourcas Dupré and Fourcas Hosten in Listrac.  Due to Listrac’s cooler temperatures, Merlot and Cabernet Franc are favoured over Cabernet Sauvignon to form the majority of the blend, helping them achieve optimum ripeness.  Much like Chateau Fourcas Hosten, the wines have improved year on year since 2010 and the property were put on the radar thanks to a certain Robert Parker hailing the 2010 vintage as 'classed growth quality'.  High praise indeed!

2024 Cotes Du Rhone, Un Bon Canon
    Rhone Blend
The Un Bon Canon Cotes du Rhone hits the spot every time with it's fruit forward blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 5% Cinsault and 5% Mouvedre which is fermented in concrete tanks.  The vineyards lie in the southern part of the region on a dried up river bed strewn with heat retaining pebbles.  The hot summer sun ensures that the wine is bold and fruity with raspberry and dark fruits and hints of garrigue/herbal undergrowth.
