Description
The Prinos Syrah from Diamantakis is a youthful purple with red hints in the glass. On the nose this Syrah is fresh and aromatic with a bouquet of black pepper and blackberries, followed by scents of violet typical of the variety. Medium-bodied with balanced acidity and tannins give a rich, juicy and velvet mouthfeel.
Fermented in stainless steel at a cool temperature in order to preserve the fresh, fruity aromas of youthful Syrah this is easygoing and designed to be drunk young.
