Description
The Granito Semillon is a micro-terroir wine from specific blocks of ancient granite soils which are more than 120 million years old. Made with old vines who’s roots dig deep for nutrients, the result is an intriguing, complex white with ageing potential that could well stake a claim to Chile’s finest white wine.
An arresting and complex nose of ripe lemon and pear fruit flavours with well-integrated subtle oak notes, leading to an extremely well-structured palate, revealing layer upon layer of complex fruit and mineral notes on the very long finish.

2021 Puligny Montrachet, Domaine Meunier
Chardonnay
The grapes for this approachable Puligny are hand harvested and undergo a gentle pressing. The juice is then left to settle for a few days then put into French oak barrels, 30% of which are new. Indigenous yeasts are used for fermentation and the wine spends 12 months in barrel before being blended and bottled. Great persistence in the mouth, this wine has a wonderful freshness to it and can be enjoyed in it's youth.
