Description
This 8 hectare estate, which is certified Organic and aiming for Demeter Biodynamic certification in the near future, is owned and run by Florent and Marine who bought the estate in 2016 when he gave up his job as an industrial welder to follow the dream of running a biodynamic vineyard.
The Merlot is harvested before the Cabernet Franc, and both parcels are vinified separately. The winemaking is done slowly at low temperatures, with natural yeasts in small stainless steel vats and is followed by 6 to 10 months in tank to enhance the fruitiness of the wines and give a well balanced structure. Crunchy red fruits and juicy plum aromas abound. Smooth tannins and well balanced acidy make it a pleasure to drink.
