Description
Fournillon have 23 hectares of vines in Chablis in the cool, north of burgundy and are predominantly producers of classic, steely Chablis (see our fantastic value ‘house’ Chablis), but they also produce some red and this delicious cremant from 100% Pinot Noir. All fruit is hand-harvested and vinified carefully to produce an easy drinking, fruit-forward fizz that is well balanced and nicely rounded with a fine mousse. Excellent as an apertif.

Pretty pale pink in colour coming from a gentle pressing of the grapes, this delicious Prosecco has a bright and floral nose, leading to a delicate palate which is soft, rounded and wonderfully easy drinking.
