Description
The Oukliprant Malbec, Super Single Vineyards is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. This Malbec shows layers of silky black cherry, pomegranate and plum fruit with cocoa undertones.
Super Single Vineyards is situated at the beautiful Canettevallei Wine and Lavender Farm, an old family farm, rich in heritage dating back to 1682. Danie De Waal is a 9th generation winemaker and the sixth generation to be making wine at Canettevallei. Danie has travelled all over the world making wine, and has worked at presitgous addresses such as Château Angélus in St Emilion under the watchful eye of Hubert de Boüard, and also Antinori in Tuscany.
