Dorset ‘GIPA’ Ginger IPA, Gyle 59

This is a Ginger IPA. The beer has a subtle infusion of root ginger giving the IPA a refreshing and spicy addition to the citrus and floral taste and aroma provided by the hops.

Dorset Starlight, West Milton Cider Company

Made from the finest Dorset cider apples fermented in the time honoured way. It is completely natural with no sulphites or other additives. Starlight is not pasteurised just lightly filtered so may contain some sediment which leads to further conditioning in the bottle. It has a medium, still finish.

Like the Dorset Starlight this is made from the same base cider but allowed to ferment for longer to produce a more traditional dry finish much appreciated by cider connoisseurs. A natural cider made from a blend of bittersweet cider apples, with no additives, and fermented slowly to a medium flavour.
