Macabeo

The Macabeu grapes for this lively and fresh white are harvested very early to preserve the freshness and delicate characteristics of the grape.  It is lively and elegant with pear, citrus and passion fruit on the nose.  The palate is lively and fresh too with more pear and citrus fruits along with a floral, Bergamot tinged touch.  This spritely and fresh white doesn't have any sulphur added during the whole winemaking process - Different and delicious!

2023 Bandol Rose, La Bastide Blanche

This Bandol Rose from La Bastide Blanche is packed with vibrant wild cherry, strawberry and raspberry fruit on the nose with tantalising herbal notes.  The rounded palate is smooth, rounded and multi-layered with bags of sophisticated fruit and mineral undertones.

2022 Risueno Rosado, Abel Mendoza, DOCa Rioja

Red Blend

This beautiful rosé is fresh and savoury, with plenty of fruit character, flora, some dried herbs from the Garnacha Blanca and a sweet touch.  The finish shows beautiful structure and elegant tannins.  As will all Abel Mendoza's wines, this classy rose shows best with food, so don't be put off by the colour, grab yourself some Oysters or other seafood and get stuck in!

2024 Proposis White, Voyatzi Winery, PGI Macedonia

Assyrtiko

The Proposis White wine is a crisp, thirst-quenching white blend of Assyrtiko and Chardonnay.  The former lending freshness, acidity and structure whilst the Chardonnay adds some richness and aromatics.  This is a terrific example of modern Greek white winemaking.
