Inspired by the International Nettle Eating Competition held at the nearby Bottle Inn, Marshwood, Gyle decided to brew a nettle beer. The result is a refreshing IPA where citrus fruits and floral aroma and flavour combine with a hint of nettle and a long bitter finish

Milton Moonlight, Medium Sparkling Cider, West Milton Cider Comp

A natural cider made from a blend of bittersweet cider apples, with no additives, and fermented slowly to a medium flavour. It is then fully filtered, pasteurised and bottled with a small amount of CO2 added to enhance the drinking experience. This also gives it good stability and a long shelf life.

The Gyle Starstruck is their normal Porter, The Favourite, enhanced with a subtle addition of star anise. The result is a rich and fruity porter showing extra complexity with a gentle hint of liquorice.

Menabrea is a beautifully crafted Italian blond lager style beer which is brewed slowly for maximum flavour and texture. This 4.8% ABV pale lager is well balanced between citrus, bitter tones and floral, fruity undertones giving a consistent and refined flavour. It has a complex malty and hoppy taste with an exceptional head retention.
