Description

The delicious Aker English Rose Aperitif is the result of a collaboration between Chapel Down Winery in Kent and Capreolous Distillery in the Cotswolds.  This delightful blend of Pinot Noir Rose and Raspberry Eau de Vie balanced by carefully selected English botanicals is fruity and elegant with notes of strawberries and cream and fresh raspberry. The palate is creamy and textured with vanilla and herbal notes coming through on the refreshing finish. 


This versatile aperitif can be enjoyed in a number of ways; either with ice and a splash of tonic, with English Fizz in a spritz or any number of concoctions taht take your fancy.

The Vermut Rojo, red vermouth is produced in the same way by Martínez Lacuesta since 1937. The Conzia - or extract, aromatic plants and herbs macerated cold in white wine - is aged in American oak barrels, and is added to the white wine with sugar, citric acid and alcohol.
