Briottet are rightly famous for producing the finest Crèmes de Cassis. Years ago the family chose the unique Noir de Bourgogne Blackcurrant variety as it produces the finest aromas and depth of flavour. For the last 20 years three farmers have exclusively supplied the blackcurrants, which make the Briottet Crème de Cassis.

The Green Chartreuse has a powerful herbaceous, peppery nose leading to a fresh palate with minty notes, pine sap and citrus fruits. Bittersweet tea at the end of the mouth prolongs the tasting.

Single Malt

On the nose oak is the dominant, followed by toasted marshmallows and dried fruit pudding, as well as cherries, marzipan and a hint of peat. The palate is initially fruity with citrus notes and orange peel, followed by vanilla, butterscotch, honeycomb and digestive biscuits. To finish, it is velvety and smooth with lemon meringue as well as an oiliness and a saltiness that you’d expect from a Campbeltown dram.
