Aged in oak for over 6 years, under a protective veil of yeast, Vin Jaune is often lauded as one of France's great white wines.  Complex and textured the wine has a very nutty and honeyed character with spice and crisp fruit.  This rare alpine wine is the perfect match to Comte, the local cheese.
