The Castlewood Rose Brut is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier from the fabulous 2020 Vintage. It has a very pretty, delicate salmon pink hues and a fine persistent bead. The nose and palate have plenty of Strawberries and cream character that is succulent but by no means sweet. The palate continues with fresh red berries and crunchy red apples balanced by crisp acidity and a mouthwatering finish.

The Castlewood Brut Reserve is a Non Vintage blend of Chardonnay, Bacchus and Seyval Blanc. Clear pale lemon in the glass with a delicate bead. Bright crunchy apple and English hedgerow with deep refreshing citrus undertones. Subtle oxidative notes and complexity on the palate. Crisp acidity and long lasting creamy finish.
