The Vinhas Velhas, Luis Pato goes through stainless steel fermentation which produces a refreshing white with Pear, Apple and white flower aromatics which carry through to the palate and are underpinned by a nutty, almond complexity.  Mix in a saline edge to the crisp, balanced acidity and you are left with a wonderful white which is evocative of the region.

The delightful Cota 700 is a lovely red, almost violet colour, with a perfumed nose of black mulberry and blackberries and a light nuance of pine needles. The wine is very fresh and youthful with a sweet but elegant palate.

Nat Cool is naturally “cool and funky”. It represents an innovative concept initiated by Niepoort, in which various producers came together to create light and easy-to-drink wines. In the Bairrada region they have produced the DrinkMe, the first Nat Cool, where they try to showcase a different and elegant side of the Baga grape variety. An incredibly light and accessible wine which just begs to be enjoyed.
