We are always happy to replace any faulty or out of condition wine that you have purchased from us.
If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, please bring back the offending bottle and proof of purchase and we will have a look at it.
Unfortunately, wine is not infallible to faults and from time to time there will be something wrong with what you purchase so if you are unsure, please let us know.
