Description
Made from wines which are between 3 and 5 years old, the Niepoortland White Rabbit isn’t bone dry and therefore very versatile as an aperitif on it’s own or mixed with tonic for a longer drink. White Golden brown in colour with a delightful aroma of nuts and almonds which follows through on the palate with a fresh concentrated spirity finish.

2000 Malvasia D'Oliveiras has an intensely rich nose and a full rich mouthful of raisins and caramel, a powerful long finish and finely balanced acidity belying its relative youth.

Barbadillo Fino,Jerez
Palomino
The Barbadillo Finos are more Manzanilla-like in style, but are aged in Bodegas with less exposure to the cooling sea breezes. The flor in the barrels grows vigorously in these cellars so the wine is a little more nutty and toasty than the more appley and yeasty Manzanillas of Sanlucar.
