Made from wines which are between 3 and 5 years old, the Niepoortland White Rabbit isn’t bone dry and therefore very versatile as an aperitif on it’s own or mixed with tonic for a longer drink. White Golden brown in colour with a delightful aroma of nuts and almonds which follows through on the palate with a fresh concentrated spirity finish.
