Menabrea is a beautifully crafted Italian blond lager style beer which is brewed slowly for maximum flavour and texture. This 4.8% ABV pale lager is well balanced between citrus, bitter tones and floral, fruity undertones giving a consistent and refined flavour. It has a complex malty and hoppy taste with an exceptional head retention.

Dorset Twilight Dry Cider, West Milton Cider Company
Like the Dorset Starlight this is made from the same base cider but allowed to ferment for longer to produce a more traditional dry finish much appreciated by cider connoisseurs. It is completely natural with no sulphites or other additives. It is not pasteurised, just lightly filtered so may contain some sediment which leads to further conditioning in the bottle.
